GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

The following Bill, which will be laid on the Table of the Legislative Council for the first Reading after the expiration of one month from this date, is published for general information.

All Persons possessing Property which they consider may be affected by the Provisions of the proposed Ordinance, are invited to send in to the Colonial Secretary full Particulars in writing of such Property and of the Injury or Prejudice, if any, which they believe may accrue thereto from the erection of the Public Pier authorized by the Bill.

A Plan of the intended Pier, may be inspected at the Office of the Surveyor General.
